The Relationship Centered Communication Program aims to improve communication within the clinician/patient, colleague/patient and colleague/colleague encounter by way of didactic and role play of three research-backed strategies.

Lehigh Valley Health Network is accredited by the Pennsylvania Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds, minus a $10 administrative fee, will be granted up to one week prior to the registration deadline. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests to [email protected]. 

Lehigh Valley Health Network reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets or hotel penalties.
