Holistic Community Retreat

ANCC Nursing Continuing Professional Development (3.00 hours), Non-Physician Attendance (3.00 hours)

A rejuvenating community retreat designed for holistic nurses seeking to deepen their personal and professional wellbeing. Participants will explore nourishing approaches to nutrition, engage in holistic nursing practices that experience the restorative benefits of forest therapy. This gathering offers a supportive space to learn, connect, and cultivate practices that enhance well-being.

1. Participants will be able to identify holistic nursing practices that can be incorporated into both personal and professional life.
2. Participants will demonstrate the ability to integrate healthy nutrition into their work life balance.
3. Participants will be able to identify restorative benefits of forest therapy and describe how each can be applied to support personal and professional wellbeing.
4. Participants will identify holistic nursing practices and create a personal action plan outlining how they will incorporate into their personal and professional routines.

Lehigh Valley Health Network is accredited by the Pennsylvania Medical Society to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
